Overview

Integrate and automate WhatsApp communications through the Trinity Suite platform using these n8n nodes. Designed for users who want to manage WhatsApp interactions within Trinity, this package provides nodes to send messages, handle contacts and conversations, and respond to WhatsApp webhook events.

Trinity Whatsapp

Manage WhatsApp messaging and contact operations within the Trinity Suite by sending messages, retrieving user and contact details, managing conversation flows, and transferring conversations between departments.

• Usuário · Obter Usuário — Retrieves the authenticated Trinity user by sending a GET request to /api/me. Select access-token or OAuth2 authentication and provide the matching credentials.
• WhatsApp · Enviar Mensagem — Envia uma mensagem do Trinity para um contato do WhatsApp selecionado ou informado pelo código. Pode incluir o identificador de uma mensagem anterior para citá-la.
• WhatsApp · Finalizar Conversa — Finaliza a conversa com um contato no número de WhatsApp escolhido, anexando uma categoria e, opcionalmente, um resumo. Envia uma requisição POST para o endpoint de finalização do Trinity usando autenticação por token de acesso ou OAuth2.
• WhatsApp · Obter Contato — Retrieves detailed information about a specific WhatsApp contact using the contact's phone number.
• WhatsApp · Obter Departamentos — Lists the departments configured for the selected Trinity WhatsApp account. Choose an account from the searchable WhatsApp list or enter its numeric code; the node sends a GET request and returns each department’s name and ID for downstream use.
• WhatsApp · Transferir Conversa — Transfers a contact’s conversation in Trinity WhatsApp to a selected department and collaborator by sending a POST request for the chosen WhatsApp account and contact number.

Trinity WhatsApp Trigger

Trigger workflows from WhatsApp message events received via Trinity webhooks, allowing automation to start in response to specific WhatsApp interactions.

• Default · Default — Starts an n8n workflow when Trinity sends a WhatsApp webhook for the selected message event. It checks that the webhook event matches the selection and emits the webhook’s conteudo as JSON output.

Credentials

Authenticate using either access-token or OAuth2 credentials configured for Trinity to enable secure communication with the Trinity API endpoints.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-trinity.
