Nodes

Turfpal

Action node for managing resources in Turfpal. Supports 10 resources with full CRUD operations:

Resource Operations
Task Get Many, Get, Create, Update, Delete
Equipment Get Many, Get, Create, Update, Delete, Log Fuel, Log Usage, Log Maintenance
Member Get Many, Get, Create, Update, Delete
Site Get Many, Get, Create, Update, Delete
Observation Get Many, Get, Create, Update, Delete
Product Get Many, Create, Update, Delete
Warehouse Get Many, Create, Update, Delete
Stock Get Levels, Adjust, Get Adjustments
Workflow List Templates, List Instances, Get Instance, Trigger
Report List Templates, List Instances, Get Instance, Generate
Emission List Records, Create Record, Delete Record, List Factors, List Targets
Organization Get Info, Get Children, Get Teams, Get Stats

The node passes the Turfpal API response straight through, so every field the
API reference documents lands in $json.
Three of them on Equipment are easy to miss, and all three are read-only —
they are written in the Turfpal apps, and Create / Update ignore them:

  • documents[] — the files and links attached to the machine, each one
{ id, filename, url, path, mimeType, size, uploadedAt }. Always an array.
url is null for a stored file with no public link; path is null for a
    plain link.
  • manualData — the structured snapshot of what the machine's manual states:
    source, identity, specifications, warningCodes[],
serviceIntervals[], ppe[], certifications[], safetyNotes[]. It is
null until a manual has been read for that machine. specifications keys
are free-form snake_case, so treat that object as a map rather than a fixed
    set of fields.
  • templateId — the Equipment Library template the machine was added from, or
    null.

Turfpal Trigger

Webhook trigger node that starts workflows when events occur in Turfpal. Supports 25 events:

  • Tasks — created, updated, completed, deleted
  • Equipment — created, updated, deleted, fuel logged, maintenance logged
  • Members — created, updated, deleted
  • Observations — created, updated, deleted
  • Sites — created, updated, deleted
  • Inventory — product created/updated/deleted, warehouse created/updated/deleted, stock adjusted

Authentication

Both nodes use API key authentication:

  1. In Turfpal, go to Settings > API Keys
  2. Create a new API key with the scopes you need
  3. In n8n, create a Turfpal API credential and paste your key

AI Agent Support

Both nodes have usableAsTool enabled — they can be used as tools by n8n's AI agent nodes for intelligent automation.
