WaveSpeed Upload MediaInstall

Summary

Uploads media files to WaveSpeed from a URL or binary data.

Inputs

• inputType (required) — Choose input method for the media file (URL or File).
• mediaUrl (required) — URL of the media file to download and upload.
• binaryProperty (required) — Name of the binary property that contains the file data.
• filename — Custom filename for the uploaded file.
• tags — Comma-separated tags for the file.
• maxDuration — Maximum allowed duration in seconds (for audio/video files).
• maxFileSize — Maximum allowed file size in MB.
• sampleRate — Target sample rate for audio processing (audio files only).
• mediaType — Specify media type or let the system auto-detect.

Output shape

an array of objects each containing the upload result and paired item metadata

If continueOnFail is enabled, error cases are returned as objects with an 'error' field; otherwise a thrown error aborts the workflow.

Examples

Example 1: Upload a video from a public URL

Set Input Type to URL, provide Media URL, optionally set Media Type to Video and adjust Max Duration and Max File Size.

Example 2: Upload a file from binary data input

Set Input Type to File, specify Binary Property, optionally set Filename and Tags.
