Summary

Poll events from AulaVirtual according to specified event types and filters, emitting new or modified notifications as workflow trigger outputs.

Inputs

• Poll Times — Schedule times for polling with predefined modes such as every minute, hour, day, week, month, an interval (Every X), or custom cron expression.
• Evento (required) — Select the event type to monitor for trigger activation, including options 'Anuncios', 'Examenes', 'Llamamientos', 'Notificaciones (Todo)', and 'Tareas'.
• IDs De Sitio — Optional list of site IDs to filter incoming events; when empty, events from all sites are included.
• Opciones De Prueba — Testing mode options to randomize output or reduce outputs to a single event (only effective in test mode, not when the workflow is active).

Output shape

Multiple parallel output branches depending on the selected event type, each output providing a list of new or modified event data objects.

Outputs differ by event type:

• 'Notificaciones (Todo)': single output with all notifications.
• 'Anuncios': two outputs for new and modified announcements.
• 'Examenes': two outputs for new exams/grades and modified exams.
• 'Tareas': three outputs for new tasks, task grades, and access changes.
• 'Llamamientos': two outputs for new and cancelled exam calls.

On first workflow run, no data is emitted to avoid duplicate triggering.
Each output item includes detailed event JSON enriched with additional info fetched from AulaVirtual endpoints except for 'Notificaciones (Todo)'.
When filtering by site IDs, only events from those sites are emitted.
