Summary

Registers a webhook in ONLYOFFICE DocSpace when the workflow is activated and starts the workflow each time a selected DocSpace event (user, group, file, folder, or room) is delivered. The webhook is deleted on deactivation.

Inputs

  • authentication (required) — Credential type used to call the DocSpace API: API Key, Basic Auth, or Personal Access Token. The matching credential supplies the base URL and auth.
  • name (required) — Name of the webhook created in DocSpace. Defaults to 'Webhook from n8n'.
  • secretKey (required) — Secret DocSpace uses to sign webhook payloads. It must be 8–30 Latin letters with no spaces. The node only sends it to DocSpace and doesn't verify signatures on incoming requests.
  • ssl — Whether DocSpace verifies SSL certificates when it delivers payloads to the n8n webhook URL. Defaults to true.
  • events (required) — Events to listen for. Options are user, group, file, folder, and room events, or All Events. The selected values are summed into a bitmask. If All Events is among them, the mask is 0, which means all events. Selecting nothing raises an error.

Output shape

One workflow item per incoming webhook POST, containing the JSON body that DocSpace sent (the event payload).

The node also exposes a HEAD webhook on the same path, which replies 200 with no items. This is presumably so DocSpace can check the URL. The webhook ID is kept in workflow static data. An existing webhook is detected by matching that ID against DocSpace's webhook list. The OAuth2 credential is defined in the code but isn't offered in the Authentication options.
