n8n community node for Tenreply β€” automate WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Messenger, and LinkedIn/Instagram publishing directly from n8n.

This package adds two nodes:

  • Tenreply β€” an action node to send messages, manage contacts and conversations, and publish social content.
  • Tenreply Trigger β€” a trigger node that starts a workflow when a Tenreply event occurs.

Nodes & operations

Tenreply (action node)

Resource Operations
Message Send Message, Send Template, Get Messages
Contact Create, Update, Get, Get Many, Delete
Conversation Start, Close, Reopen, Get, Get Many
Template Get Many
Social Post Publish, Get Publishing Targets, Get Many

The Publish operation can post one composition to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or several platforms at once. It supports immediate and scheduled publishing, Instagram feed/story/reel formats, media URL arrays, and an optional LinkedIn company-page author URN.

Tenreply Trigger

Starts a workflow on any of the supported events:

Event Description
message.received Customer sent a new message
message.sent Agent or automation sent a message
message.delivered Message delivered to the customer
message.read Customer read a message
message.failed Message delivery failed
conversation.created New conversation started
conversation.status_changed Conversation opened, closed, or pending
contact.created New contact added
contact.updated Contact record updated
broadcast.completed Broadcast finished sending

The trigger node automatically registers and deregisters its webhook with Tenreply when a workflow is activated or deactivated. Each webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256 and verified via the X-Tenreply-Signature header by default.
