Decrypts a WhatsApp media file from a given URL using a Base64 key and returns the decoded data.

Inputs

Each object contains a json property with success, mediaType, outputFormat, decryptedData, and originalUrl; a binary property holds the decrypted file when outputFormat is 'buffer'.
