Check Access
AI-generatedSummary
Checks whether each input item's roles have access to the selected menu items. It reads menu-role records from Redis, loading them from PostgreSQL and caching them when needed, then routes each item to the access-granted or access-denied output.
Inputs
- Menu Item Names or IDs — Menu IDs to check, selected from the list or supplied as an expression. The operation accepts an array, a JSON array string, a comma-separated string, or a number.
- Roles — Role short IDs to check, supplied as an array or a comma-separated string; JSON array strings are also accepted.
- Cache Key — Redis key for the cached menu-role records. Defaults to postgres_cache_base_menuroles.
- Cache TTL (Seconds) — How long fetched records remain in Redis. Defaults to 21600 seconds (6 hours).
- Schema — PostgreSQL schema containing the menu-role table. Defaults to public.
- Table — PostgreSQL table containing menu-role records. Defaults to base_menuRoles.
- Pass Through Input — When enabled (default), includes the original input JSON fields alongside the access-control result.
Output shape
Items split across two outputs: Access Granted and Access Denied.
Each checked item includes an accesscontrol object with access, limit_org, limit_user, and limit_readonly booleans. Access is true when any record matches both a selected menu ID and a supplied role; each limit flag is true only when every matching record has that flag set. With pass-through enabled, original input fields are merged into the output. Per-item errors route to Access Denied with an error and all-false accesscontrol when Continue On Fail is enabled.
