Summary

Imports one or more LinkedIn prospects into a chosen Waalaxy prospect list, and can optionally add them to an existing campaign, by POSTing to Waalaxy's prospects/addProspectFromIntegration endpoint.

Inputs

  • Prospect List (required) — Waalaxy list that receives the prospects. Selected from a list loaded from your account.

  • Allow Team Duplicates — If enabled, prospects already in a teammate's CRM are still imported into yours. Default is off.
  • Add Existing Prospects To Campaign — If enabled, prospects that already exist in your CRM are also added to the selected campaign. Default is off.
  • Request Options — Node settings for batching (items per batch, interval), ignoring SSL issues, proxy, and timeout.
  • Authentication — Access Token. Uses the Waalaxy API credential.

Output shape

The JSON response from the Waalaxy API for the import request, returned as n8n output items.

HTTP errors (status 400 or above) are raised as a NodeApiError. Some known API error codes get friendlier messages: plan lacks permission, list not found, invalid LinkedIn URL, and prospect or list limit reached. The source does not show the success response fields. The request body also includes origin 'n8n'.

Examples

Example 1: Push a lead from a form submission into a Waalaxy list and start outreach.

Choose a Prospect List and a Campaign. Add one Prospect and set its LinkedIn URL, first name and last name from the incoming item with expressions.

Example 2: Re-assign existing contacts to a new list without creating team duplicates.

Select the target Prospect List, enable Move Existing Prospects, leave Allow Team Duplicates off, and map the LinkedIn URLs.

Example 3: Import leads with personalization data for campaign messages.

Add Custom Variables (label/value pairs) to each prospect, select a Campaign, and enable Add Existing Prospects To Campaign.
