Wiro - GPT-5 Mini AI Model

AI-generated

Overview

This node integrates with the Wiro GPT-5 Mini AI model API to generate AI responses based on user input. It supports sending a prompt, optional image URLs, user and session IDs for chat history, system instructions, reasoning effort level, web search enablement, and verbosity settings. The node sends these inputs to the Wiro API, waits for the task to complete by polling, and returns the AI-generated message along with the task status. This node is useful for automating AI-driven text generation, chatbots, or content creation workflows.

Use Case Examples

  1. Generating AI responses for chatbots with context using user and session IDs.
  2. Creating AI-generated content with optional image inputs and system instructions.
  3. Using different reasoning effort levels and verbosity to control the AI output detail.

Properties

Name Meaning
Input Image URL Optional. Multiple image files separated by semicolon. GPT-5.2 only supports images.
Prompt Required. The main text prompt to send to the AI model.
User ID Optional. Required for chat history. Numeric or string ID to identify the user.
Session ID Optional. Required for chat history. Numeric or string ID to identify the session.
System Instructions Optional. System-level instructions for the AI model.
Reasoning Effort Optional. Controls reasoning effort level. If web search is enabled and reasoning is set to default, it falls back to low. Web search cannot be used with minimal reasoning.
Web Search Optional. Enable or disable web search. The number of web searches depends on prompt complexity. Costs $0.01 per search.
Verbosity Optional. Controls response verbosity level.

Output

JSON

  • taskid - The unique identifier of the AI task.
  • message - The AI-generated response message.
  • status - The status of the task, e.g., 'completed' or 'failed'.

Dependencies

  • Wiro API with API key and secret credentials

Troubleshooting

  • If the node throws an error about missing task ID or socket access token, it means the Wiro API response was invalid or incomplete. Check API credentials and request parameters.
  • Polling may fail if the socket access token is invalid or expired. Ensure valid credentials and network connectivity.
  • Web search enabled with minimal reasoning will fallback to low reasoning automatically; avoid setting minimal reasoning with web search enabled.
