Summary

Update an existing WordPress page by its ID. Set its title and content, and optionally change its status, schedule, excerpt, slug, featured image, SEO metadata, FAQs, or call to action; the node returns the updated page.

Inputs

  • Page ID (required) — ID of the page to update.
  • Title (required) — Page title.
  • Content (required) — Page content; HTML is supported.
  • Status — Page status: Published, Draft, Pending Review, Private, or Future. Defaults to Draft.
  • Publish Date — Schedule date and time when status is Future. The source requires a date for that status and validates its format.
  • Excerpt — Short summary for archives and SEO.
  • Slug — URL-friendly page name.
  • Featured Image URL — URL of an image to download and set as the page's featured image.
  • SEO Options — Optionally set SEO title, description, keywords, Open Graph and Twitter fields, and JSON-LD structured data. Filled metadata fields are processed automatically; the Update SEO Metadata toggle is deprecated. SEO metadata uses the WordPress API's AI GROWTH SEO meta fields.
  • FAQs — Enable Update FAQs and provide one or more question and answer pairs. This updates the page FAQs through the SEO plugin.
  • CTA (Call to Action) — Enable Update CTA and provide button text and URL. This updates the page CTA through the SEO plugin.

Output shape

A single updated page record.

The record is reloaded after the update and includes processed metadata when available. Supplying a featured image URL downloads and uploads the image to the WordPress media library; image-processing errors are logged without failing the main update. FAQ and CTA updates require the relevant plugin routes.
