Summary

Creates a post for the selected channels, saving it as a draft by default or publishing it now or at a scheduled time. You can include text, choose a post type, attach media from URLs, existing resource IDs, or input binary fields, and add a first comment.

Inputs

• Channel Names or IDs (required) — Select one or more channels, or provide channel IDs with an expression.
• Text — Post text. Omitted from the request when empty.
• When — Choose Save as Draft (default), Publish Now, or Schedule. For Schedule, provide the required Schedule At date and time.
• Type — Post, Reel, Thread, or Story; defaults to Post.
• Media — Add any number of media items. Each can use a public URL, an existing resource ID from Media → Upload, or an input binary field (defaults to data). Binary items are uploaded before being attached. Missing binary fields cause an item error.
• First Comment — Optional first comment, omitted from the request when empty.

Output shape

A single post record per input item.

Returns the API response as JSON, paired with its input item. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item error is returned as JSON with error and, when present, code and details.
