• Email — Company email address.
• Telefone — Company phone number.
• Celular — Company mobile number.

• CNPJ — Company CNPJ.
• Inscrição Estadual — Company state registration.
• Inscrição Municipal — Company municipal registration.
• CEP — Company postal code.
• Endereço — Company street address.
