Summary

Update an existing Axelor custom record by selecting its custom model and record, then mapping the fields to change. The node fetches the current record and custom model metadata, merges mapped custom-field values with existing values, and submits the update.

Inputs

• Custom Model Name or ID (required) — Select an Axelor custom model or provide its ID using an expression.
• Records Name or ID (required) — Select the record to update, or provide its ID using an expression. The choices depend on the selected custom model.
• Fields (required) — Map the custom model fields and values to update. Only mapped fields are included; custom-field values are merged with the existing record data.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the Axelor update response data.

The operation processes each input item separately. If a record cannot be found, it reports an error; with Continue On Fail enabled, the item contains an error message instead.
