Summary

Update a tag's name and/or description by specifying its Tag ID and the fields to change.

Inputs

• Tag ID (required) — The ID of the tag to update.
• Update Fields — Fields to update on the tag, including Tag Name and Tag Description.

Output shape

a single tag record as JSON

Returns the updated tag object. Only specified fields in Update Fields are changed; other tag properties remain unchanged.

Set Tag ID to the tag's ID, and set Tag Name to the new name.
