Summary

Sends an image to a WhatsApp recipient using a publicly accessible URL.

Inputs

• destination (required) — Recipient phone number in international format (e.g. +1234567890).
• fileUrl (required) — Public URL of the media file to send.
• caption — Optional caption to include with the media file.

Output shape

The response from the ChatArchitect API for each input item, mapped to the original item index.

If configured to continue on error, the operation returns an item with an 'error' field containing the exception message; otherwise, it throws the error.
