Summary

Retrieve the current generation status of a presentation using its generation ID.

Inputs

• Generation ID (required) — The generation_id returned by a previous asynchronous Generate operation, used to check the presentation's generation status.

Output shape

a single JSON object containing the latest generation status details for the specified presentation generation ID

This operation polls the Chronicle API for the status of an in-flight presentation generation. The returned JSON includes status information such as completion state, progress, phases, and may include the generated presentation data if completed. No pagination applies.

Examples

Example 1: Poll the status of an ongoing presentation generation to determine if it's complete or still in progress.

Provide the Generation ID obtained from a prior asynchronous generation invocation to check the current state.
