Summary

Delete an existing folder in the Coginiti catalog at the specified path, using an ETag for concurrency control to ensure the folder version matches the expected one before deletion.

Inputs

• Path (required) — String path to the folder resource to delete (e.g. '@Personal/Reports/Sample Project').
• If-Match Header (required) — ETag value from a prior GET request for the same folder, used to ensure the folder version matches before deletion to prevent conflicts.

Output shape

A single JSON object containing the API response confirming deletion or detailing an error.

The operation returns the raw response body or status code/message from the API. Errors due to ETag mismatch or non-existent folders will be returned as error responses.

Examples

Example 1: Delete a folder in the user's personal catalog

Set 'Path' to the folder's catalog path and supply the valid 'If-Match Header' ETag value obtained from getting that folder.
