Summary

Retrieve workflow tasks assigned to the authenticated user, optionally filtering by task status.

Inputs

• Status Filter — Optional filter to select tasks by status. Choose from All (no filter), Completed, New, Terminated, or Transferred.

Output shape

a JSON object containing the list of workflow tasks assigned to the current user, filtered by the specified status if provided.

If the 'Status Filter' is empty or set to 'All', the operation returns all tasks regardless of status. Returned data structure depends on the Flex API's response format for the /dms/wfTasks/my endpoint. Authentication via Flex API credentials is required to access the tasks.

Examples

Example 1: Get all workflow tasks assigned to the current user regardless of status

Set 'Status Filter' to 'All' (empty value) and execute the operation.

Example 2: Retrieve only new workflow tasks assigned to the current user

Set 'Status Filter' to 'New' (value 'FA_U') before executing.
