Summary

Fetch Docker system events filtered by mode, time window, resource types, actions, and output mode.

Inputs

• eventsReadMode — How to decide which events to read; either bounded window or resume from cursor.
• eventsLookbackSeconds — Number of seconds of historical events to read when Since is omitted or no stored cursor exists.
• eventsSince — Only return events created since this timestamp; format is Unix epoch or ISO8601.
• eventsUntil — Only return events created before this timestamp; defaults to now for bounded reads.
• eventsResourceTypes — Optional Docker object types to filter (e.g., container, image, network).
• eventsActions — Optional Docker event actions to filter (e.g., create, stop, remove).
• eventsOutputMode — How to return the matched events; aggregate returns a single batch, splitItems returns one item per event.

Output shape

array of matched Docker events

When eventsOutputMode is 'aggregate' a single item containing the full batch is returned; when 'splitItems' each event is returned as a separate item; no pagination.

Example 1: Read recent container start events in a bounded window

Example 2: Replay events from the last stored cursor for image operations
