Fanvue APIInstall

Summary

Creates a new chat for a specified Fanvue user.

Inputs

• userUuid (required) — The UUID of the user for whom the chat will be created.
• X-Fanvue-API-Version (required) — API version to use for the request. Defaults to '2025-06-26'.
• requestOptions.batching.batchSize — Number of items per batch for throttling requests. Use -1 to disable; 0 is treated as 1. Default: 50.
• requestOptions.batching.batchInterval — Time in milliseconds between each batch of requests. 0 disables batching. Default: 1000.
• requestOptions.allowUnauthorizedCerts — Whether to accept the response even if SSL certificate validation is not possible. Default: false.
• requestOptions.proxy — HTTP proxy to use. Format: http://username:password@host:port if authentication is needed. Default: empty.
• requestOptions.timeout — Time in ms to wait for the server to send response headers before aborting. Minimum 1. Default: 10000.

Output shape

Contains the response from the Fanvue API for the created chat.

Examples

Example 1: Create a chat for a user with UUID 'abc123' using default settings.

Set userUuid to 'abc123' and leave other fields at their defaults.
