Summary

Sends a WhatsApp message to a single phone number through the 360Messenger API, with text, a media file URL, or both.

Inputs

• Phone Number (required) — Recipient number with country code, without + or 00 (e.g. 447488888888).
• Text — Message body. Optional if a File URL is given.
• File URL — Direct URL of a media file to send. Optional if Text is given.

Output shape

One output item per input item, containing the parsed JSON response from the 360Messenger sendMessage endpoint.

At least one of Text or File URL must be non-empty (whitespace-only counts as empty), otherwise the node throws an error for that item. The request is a multipart POST to https://api.360messenger.com/v2/sendMessage, authenticated with the API key credential. Only non-empty fields are sent. With Continue On Fail enabled, failed items return {error: message}. The exact response fields depend on the API and aren't defined in the node.

Examples

Example 1: Send an order confirmation text to a customer's number from a previous node.

Phone Number = {{$json.phone}}, Text = 'Your order {{$json.orderId}} is confirmed', File URL empty.

Example 2: Send an image to a contact.

Phone Number = 447488888888, File URL = https://example.com/image.jpg, Text optional as a caption.
