Summary

Fetches a single thread (hilo) of a ticket from the Intelup API by ticket ID and thread ID. Returns the API's JSON response for that ticket thread.

Inputs

• version (required) — Intelup API version snapshot to use (3.42.3, 3.41.6, or 3.41.5). Defaults to 3.42.3. Determines which operation definition is called.
• id_ticket (required) — ID of the ticket. Substituted into the request path (URL-encoded).
• id_hilo (required) — ID of the thread (hilo) within the ticket. Substituted into the request path (URL-encoded).

Output shape

One output item per input item, whose json is the parsed API response for the requested ticket thread.

The exact HTTP method and path come from a bundled version catalog that isn't shown in the source, so the response fields are not visible here. Authentication uses the fenixApi credential (base URL, token, code, unit code sent as headers). If 'Continue on Fail' is enabled, failed items return {error: message} instead of stopping the workflow.
