Summary

Retrieve documents of the selected DocType from iVendNext. Choose whether to return all results or cap the response, and optionally select fields and add field conditions.

Inputs

• DocType Name or ID (required) — DocType to query; choose one from the list or provide its ID.
• Return All — When enabled, fetches results in pages of up to 1,000 until no more data is returned. When disabled, returns up to the Limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of documents to return when Return All is disabled; defaults to 10.
• Field Names or IDs — Optional list of fields to include in the response. The node sends this as the API fields query parameter.
• Filters — Optional conditions, each with a DocType field, operator, and value. Supports equality and inequality, comparisons, Like/Not Like, and In/Not In.

Output shape

A list of document records, emitted as n8n items.

Each record comes from the API response's data array. With Return All enabled, the node aggregates records across pages. The node processes the query once per incoming item.
