Summary

Remove a WhatsApp session identified by its stable internal name, deleting the session and all its saved authentication files.

Inputs

• Session Name (required) — Stable internal name for this session, for example main-phone or support-phone.

Output shape

a single JSON object indicating whether the session was successfully removed with the property 'removed' set to true or false.

The operation returns an object with a 'removed' boolean property. If the session did not exist, 'removed' will be false. Errors during removal will be thrown unless 'continueOnFail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Remove WhatsApp session named 'main-phone'

Set Resource to 'Session', Operation to 'Remove Session', and provide 'main-phone' as the Session Name. After execution, the specified session and its authentication data will be deleted.
