Summary

Run a job on a specified target using the Legacy Use API, providing required API name and parameters, then wait for the job to complete and return its final status and result.

Inputs

• Target Name or ID (required) — Select the target by name or ID on which to run the job.
• API Name or ID (required) — Select or specify the API name or ID that defines the job to run.
• API Parameters — Optionally provide key-value pairs for the API parameters required to run the job; all required parameters without defaults must be supplied.
• Advanced Options — Configure polling behavior with Poll Delay (ms) between status checks and Poll Limit for the total number of polling attempts.

Output shape

a single JSON object per input item containing job_id, final status, and either the job result on success or error details

The operation automatically polls the job status until completion or until the polling limit is reached. If the operation is set to 'start' instead of 'run', it initiates the job and returns immediately without waiting. Missing required parameters cause an error. Job polling defaults to 2000 ms delay and 300 attempts.
