Summary

Fetch multiple observations from the Recrutei API

Inputs

• returnAll — Whether to return all results or only up to a given limit; defaults to false; shown when resource is observation and operation is getMany
• limit — Max number of results to return; integer between 1 and 100; defaults to 50; shown when resource is observation, operation is getMany, and returnAll is false
• filters — Optional filter criteria; collection placeholder 'Adicionar Filtro'; shown when resource is observation and operation is getMany; currently supports talent_id string to filter observations of a specific candidate

Output shape

Array of observation objects from the Recrutei API, each returned as json with pairedItem referencing the workflow item index

Pagination is handled internally by recruteiApiRequestAllItems: per_page=100 with a 60s timeout; when returnAll is true all pages are fetched, otherwise results are capped by the limit parameter

Examples

Example 1: Fetch up to 20 observations for a specific candidate

returnAll: false, limit: 20, filters: { talent_id: '123' }

Example 2: Fetch all observations without pagination limit

returnAll: true
