Twenty CRM - DynamicInstall

Summary

Searches or lists records in the selected Twenty CRM database, optionally filtering and sorting the results. Returns each matching record as an n8n item, up to the configured limit.

Inputs

• Database Group (required) — Choose which databases appear in the database selector: standard, custom, system, or all.
• Database Name or ID (required) — Select the Twenty CRM database to search.
• Limit — Maximum number of records to return; defaults to 50. The node fetches additional pages as needed, up to this limit.
• Search Query — Leave blank to list records without a filter. A plain term searches the record name; in the Person database it searches first and last names. For other filters, enter Twenty filter syntax such as createdAt[gte]:"2024-01-01"; operators include eq, neq, like, ilike, gt, gte, lt, lte, in, startsWith, and is, and filters can be combined with and(), or(), or not().
• Order By Field Name or ID — Optionally choose a sortable field; defaults to no sorting.
• Order Direction — Choose ascending or descending order and whether null values come first or last. Defaults to ascending with nulls first; applies when an order-by field is selected.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per returned record; each item's JSON contains the record fields.

Records are fetched in pages of up to 60 until the limit is reached or Twenty reports no next page. If Continue On Fail is enabled, an operation error is returned as an item with an error field.
