Summary

Searches Authing public accounts using optional fuzzy keywords and search filters, then returns matching accounts. Configure result count, fuzzy-search fields, sort order, and which custom or department data to include.

Inputs

• 模糊搜索关键字 (keywords) — Optional keyword for fuzzy matching; the UI placeholder suggests a person's name.
• Return All (returnAll) — When enabled, requests all matching results; otherwise the Limit value caps the results.
• Limit (limit) — Maximum number of results when Return All is disabled; defaults to 50.
• Options (options) — Optional search settings: Fuzzy Search On selects fields to match (default includes phone, email, name, username, nickname, and identityNumber); Search Query accepts an Elasticsearch-style query; Sort sets one or more sort fields and directions; With Custom Data and With Department IDs control whether those data are included (both default to true); Advanced Search accepts a JSON filter.

Output shape

A list of public account records, returned as n8n items.

The operation implementation is not present in the supplied source pack, so the exact record fields, pagination behavior, and how each search option is applied cannot be confirmed from the source. Requires Authing Admin API credentials.

Example 1: Retrieve a filtered list of public accounts

Provide a keyword or Search Query, optionally set fuzzy-search fields and sorting, then enable Return All or choose a Limit. Custom data and department IDs are included by default.
