Summary

Creates a new view within a specified Bitable table, allowing users to organize data with different layouts like Grid, Kanban, or Form.

Inputs

• authentication (required) — The type of credentials to use: User-level OAuth2 (feishuNodeOauth2Api) or Application-level API credentials (feishuNodeCredentialsApi).
• app_toke (required) — The unique identifier (app_token) of the Bitable. Refer to the Feishu documentation for how to obtain it.
• table_id (required) — The unique identifier of the table within the Bitable. Can be found in the table's URL.
• view_name (required) — The name of the new view. Must be 100 characters or less and cannot contain special symbols like [ ].
• view_type — The type of the new view. Defaults to 'grid' (Table View). Options include grid, kanban (Kanban View), gallery (Gallery View), gantt (Gantt View), and form (Form View).
• options — Optional settings for batching and timeout. Batching controls concurrency (items per batch and interval); timeout sets the request limit in milliseconds.

Output shape

A list of items, each containing a JSON object with the details of the newly created view.

The returned data includes the view ID and other metadata. The operation supports batch processing and continues on failure if configured.

Examples

Example 1: Create a new Kanban view for a project management table.

Set resource to Bitable, operation to 'Add View', app_token to 'bascn123456', table_id to 'tblh7r8s9t0', view_name to 'Project Board', and view_type to 'kanban'.

Example 2: Create a new Form view to collect user feedback.

Set resource to Bitable, operation to 'Add View', app_token to 'bascn123456', table_id to 'tblh7r8s9t0', view_name to 'Feedback Form', and view_type to 'form'.
