• Filters — Optional filters to narrow down donations by Asmachta (reference), date range (From Date and Until Date in Y-m-d format), Payer Email, and Payer Phone.

a list of donation records matching the specified filters

The response contains multiple donation entries. Filtering fields are optional, and Payer Phone filter value is normalized by prefixing with '+'. The system handles pagination or partial responses internally if applicable, returning all matching donations.
