Summary

Updates a user by sending a PUT request to /api/v2/User/{userId} with the supplied request body.

Inputs

• User ID (required) — Numeric ID of the user to update; inserted into the request path.
• Body Input Mode — Choose JSON or Form Fields to provide the user data.
• Body JSON — User data as a JSON object. Used when Body Input Mode is JSON; defaults to {}.
• Body Parameters — Name/value pairs for the request body. Used when Body Input Mode is Form Fields. Values that look like booleans, null, numbers, arrays, or objects are converted to those types.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

Array responses, or arrays in a response's result or data property, become separate items. Other responses become one item; primitive responses are wrapped as { "value": ... }. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item-level error object is returned instead of failing the operation.
