Summary

Create a new contractor (CRM account) in Aspro.Cloud, specifying whether it is a legal entity or an individual, along with relevant identification and contact details.

Inputs

• type (required) — Specify contractor type: 1 for legal entity (юридическое лицо), 2 for individual (физическое лицо).
• name (required) — Company name; required if type is legal entity.
• name_legal — Legal name; applicable for legal entities.
• name_full — Full name of the organization; applicable for legal entities.
• VAT — VAT number (ИНН); applicable for legal entities.
• VAT1 — Additional VAT identifier (КПП); applicable for legal entities.
• web — Website URL; applicable for legal entities.
• first_name (required) — First name; required if type is individual.
• last_name — Last name; applicable for individuals.
• middle_name — Middle name; applicable for individuals.
• birth_date — Birth date; applicable for individuals.
• honorific_title_id — Honorific title ID; applicable for individuals.
• description — Description of the contractor.
• phone — Primary phone number.
• email — Primary email address.
• address — Address of the contractor.
• industry_id — Industry identifier.
• account_category_id — Account category identifier.
• owner_id — Owner user ID.
• active — Whether the contractor is active (default true).
• additionalFields — Optional collection of additional fields such as secondary phones, personal email, legal address, bank details, social links, shipping and billing addresses, references, and others.

Output shape

a single JSON object containing the created contractor's data returned by the Aspro.Cloud API

The output contains the full contractor record as returned by the API on successful creation. Errors include status and details; if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, errors are returned as JSON objects alongside successful results.
