Summary

Create an outbound call specifying the agent and phone number to dial.

Inputs

• agentId (required) — Select an agent for the outbound call
• phoneNumber (required) — The phone number to call

Output shape

a single created outbound call object

Returns the API response; errors are thrown unless continueOnFail is enabled, which would produce an error object in the output.

Examples

Example 1: Schedule a reminder call to a client

Set Agent to 'SupportTeam', Phone Number to '+15551234567', optionally add notes; operation Create; node outputs the created call details.

Example 2: Make a follow-up call after a booking

Select an agent, enter '+15559876543' as Phone Number, leave other fields blank; operation Create; node returns the created call record.
