Summary

Searches Brightpearl products and returns matching records, optionally selecting columns, filtering, sorting, and paging the results. Enable Return All to fetch every matching record, with optional page size and delay settings for large requests.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose OAuth2 or Private App authentication.
• Return All — When off, use Limit and First Result to choose the number of results and 1-indexed starting position. When on, fetch all results; optional batching settings control page size and delay between page requests.
• Columns to Return — Select product-search columns to include. Leaving this empty uses Brightpearl's defaults.
• Filters — Filter by product identifiers and attributes, product name, status, stock tracking, sales channel, or created/updated date ranges. ID fields support ID-set syntax where specified; Product Name uses a case-insensitive substring match.
• Sort — Optionally sort by a product-search column in ascending or descending order. Brightpearl's default order is Product ID ascending.
• Limit — Maximum number of results when Return All is off; defaults to 50.
• First Result — 1-indexed starting position when Return All is off; defaults to 1.
• Batching — When Return All is on, optionally set page size (up to 200) and delay between page requests.

Output shape

A list of product records

Returned items include _pagination metadata indicating the total number of results. With Return All enabled, results are fetched page by page.
