Summary

Create a new appointment by specifying the client ID, service ID, team member ID, start time, end time, and optionally additional notes.

Inputs

• Client ID (required) — UUID of the client for whom the appointment is being created.
• Service ID (required) — UUID of the service to be scheduled for the appointment.
• Team Member ID (required) — UUID of the team member or professional assigned to the appointment.
• Start Time (required) — Start date and time of the appointment.
• End Time (required) — End date and time of the appointment.
• Additional Fields — Optional fields, currently supports adding notes to the appointment.

Output shape

a single appointment record as returned by the Callov API, including details of the created appointment

The output includes all appointment details as JSON. If creation fails and 'continue on fail' is enabled, the output may contain an error object instead.

Examples

Example 1: Create an appointment for client with UUID 'abc123', for service 'svc789', assigned to team member 'tm456', scheduled from 2024-07-01T09:00:00Z to 2024-07-01T10:00:00Z, with optional notes 'First visit'.

Set Client ID, Service ID, Team Member ID, Start Time, End Time, and optionally add Notes in Additional Fields; then execute the node to create the appointment.
