Summary

Retrieve historical data on vulnerabilities within a specified date range, filtered by category, with an option to group results by severity level for trend analysis.

Inputs

• Date Range (required) — Select a predefined date range (Last Week, Last Month, Last Quarter) or specify a custom start and end date to scope the historical vulnerability data.
• Custom Date Range — Specify 'Interval After' (start date) and 'Interval Before' (end date) when the Date Range is set to Custom, defining the exact time window for historical data.
• Category (required) — Filter the results by vulnerability category: 'New' (discovered vulnerabilities), 'Remediated' (fixed vulnerabilities), or 'Both'.
• Group By Severity — Choose whether to group the returned historical vulnerability data by severity level, facilitating trend analysis.

Output shape

a list of objects representing historical vulnerability data points or grouped data when grouping by severity is enabled.

When 'Group By Severity' is enabled, the operation returns an array grouped by severity levels. Results contain detailed historical vulnerability data per the specified filters.
