Summary

Update a ChartMogul subscription event, identifying it by event ID or by external ID and data source UUID. Optionally mark the change as a user edit and provide fields such as event type, dates, amount, currency, quantity, or associated customer, plan, and subscription IDs.

Inputs

• Target Subscription Event Using (required) — Choose Event ID or External ID and Data Source UUID. The default is External ID and Data Source UUID.
• Event ID (required) — Required when identifying the event by Event ID.
• External ID (required) — Required when identifying the event by external ID.
• Data Source UUID (required) — Required when identifying the event by external ID.
• Handle As User Edit — Whether to handle the update as a user edit to an existing entry from an automatic source. Defaults to false.
• Update Fields — Optional fields to update: amount in cents, currency, customer external ID, effective date, event date, event order, event type, plan external ID, quantity, subscription external ID, subscription set external ID, and tax amount in cents.
• Request Options — Optional request settings for batching, SSL certificate validation, proxy, and timeout.

Output shape

A single API response item for the updated subscription event.

The source pack contains no implementation bodies for this operation, so the precise response structure is not visible. The properties configure a request body under subscription_event and pass handle_as_user_edit as a query parameter.
