Summary

Convert Chinese text from Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese with an option to specify the target Traditional locale (Hong Kong or standard Traditional).

Inputs

• Text (required) — The Simplified Chinese text to convert.
• Target Locale — The target locale for Traditional Chinese conversion, either Hong Kong Traditional Chinese or standard Traditional Chinese. Defaults to Hong Kong.

Output shape

a single JSON object per input item containing the original text, the converted Traditional Chinese text, the operation name, and the target locale.

The output includes keys: operation, original, result, and targetLocale. The operation key value is 'simplifiedToTraditional'. No pagination or multiple items per input are returned.

Examples

Example 1: Convert Simplified Chinese '中国' to Traditional Chinese for Hong Kong locale.

Set operation to 'Simplified to Traditional', enter '中国' as Text, and select 'Hong Kong' for Target Locale.
