Create an observer (watcher) for a specified envelope in Clicksign to receive notifications.

Inputs

• Envelope ID (required) — ID of the envelope that will receive the observer.

• Etapa a Ser Notificado (required) — Determines if the observer is notified at all steps ('Todas Etapas') or only upon completion ('Ao Finalizar').
