Summary

List branches of a specified repository.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose authentication method: Access Token or OAuth2.
• Repository Owner (required) — The owner of the repository.
• Repository Name (required) — The name of the repository.
• Additional Fields — Optional parameters; supports 'Limit' to restrict the number of branches returned.

Output shape

a list of branch objects

Returns an array of branch data objects, each representing a branch in the specified repository. The list respects the optional 'Limit' parameter if provided, otherwise defaults to 50 items per page and fetches all pages until no more data are available.

Examples

Example 1: List up to 10 branches from the repository owned by 'my-org' named 'my-repo'

Set 'Repository Owner' to 'my-org', 'Repository Name' to 'my-repo', and within 'Additional Fields' set 'Limit' to 10.
