Summary

Edit one or more fields on a Comercia record by sending a PUT request to the selected module. For SalesOrder, Quotes, and PurchaseOrder, the operation first fetches the record and includes its existing products and selected related fields in the update request.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose Comercia Key (the default) or OAuth2 credentials.
• ID (required) — ID of the record to edit.
• Módulo (required) — Comercia module containing the record.
• Campos a Editar — Add one or more editable fields and their new values. Fields are loaded for the selected module. Number and currency values are parsed as numbers; checkbox values are true for 1 or true; comma-separated multipicklist values are converted to |##| separators.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per input item, each containing a JSON object.

Successful updates include success, the API response, request details, and metadata about edited fields. Update failures and missing records return JSON objects with success: false and error details. For SalesOrder, Quotes, and PurchaseOrder, the operation reads the record before updating; its existing products are preserved in the PUT payload. Other modules receive the selected fields and record ID.
