Summary

Send a prompt to the Compozz AI chat endpoint and return its response for each incoming item. Choose an AI credential or the server-side Claude Code subscription, and optionally supply a system prompt and model override.

Inputs

  • Provider Source — Select AI Credential (default) to use the provider and API key from the Compozz AI credential, or Claude Code (Subscription) to use the server-side subscription. The subscription is restricted to organizations allowed by the Compozz server.
  • Prompt (required) — The prompt sent to the AI provider.
  • System Prompt — Optional instructions, tone, or output-format guidance sent as the system prompt.
  • Model — Optional model override. With AI Credential, an empty value falls back to the credential's default model and then the provider default; with Claude Code, an empty value leaves model selection to the server.

Output shape

One output item per input item, containing the AI endpoint response as JSON.

The node sends one chat request per input item. Requests use the Compozz API credentials and have a 300-second timeout. Errors stop execution unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case that item's output contains an error message.
