Summary

Retrieve backup statistics such as the most recent backup date and status per data source for all device backups under a specified partner.

Inputs

• Partner Name or ID (required) — The partner to enumerate device backup statistics for, selectable from the list or specified via expression.
• Data Sources — A list of data sources to include in the backup statistics, defaulting to 'Files and Folders (D01)' and 'System State (D02)'.
• Fields — Specific backup statistic fields to retrieve for each selected data source, default to 'Last Session Status (F00)' and 'Last Session Timestamp (F15)'.
• Additional Options — Optional collection allowing to apply a filter expression and select the statistics mode ('Merged' or 'Detailed (Per Installation)').
• Return All — Whether to return all results or limit the number of returned entries.
• Limit — The maximum number of results to return if 'Return All' is false.

Output shape

a list of objects representing backup statistics per device with standard fields and nested backup statistics by data source

Returns an array where each item includes device identifiers and backup statistics for the selected data sources and fields. Status fields include both raw codes and human-readable labels. Applies filtering and selection mode based on user parameters. Pagination is controlled by 'Return All' and 'Limit' parameters.

Examples

Example 1: Get backup statistics for a partner for specified data sources and fields, returning all results.

Set 'Partner Name or ID' to desired partner, select 'Data Sources' and 'Fields', keep 'Return All' true.
