Summary

Retrieves live Google Ads keyword suggestions for specified terms, including search volume, CPC, and competition data.

Inputs

• Input Mode (required) — Choose between 'Manual' (add keywords via UI) or 'JSON' (provide keywords as a JSON array). Keywords are converted to lowercase.
• Keywords (required) — Array of up to 20 keywords to generate suggestions for. Each keyword must be 80 characters or less.
• Location (required) — Full name of the search engine location (e.g., London,England,United Kingdom). See documentation for supported locations.
• Language (required) — Full name of the search engine language (e.g., English). See documentation for supported languages.
• GPS Coordinates of a Location — Optional coordinate override for the location (e.g., 53.476225,-2.243572).
• Include Google Search Partners? — If true, results include owned, operated, and syndicated networks across Google and partner sites. Defaults to false.
• Include Keywords Associated with Adult Content? — If true, adult keywords are included in the results. Defaults to false.
• Date From — Start date of the time range (min: 4 years ago). Defaults to 12 months ago.
• Date To — End date of the time range (cannot be current month). Defaults to yesterday.
• Sort By — Sort results by Search Volume, Competition Index, High/Low Top Of Page Bid, or Relevance.

Output shape

One item per keyword input, containing an array of related keywords with metrics (search volume, CPC, competition, etc.).

The node uses the DataForSEO API's live endpoint. The API response format includes a 'tasks' array with status codes (e.g., 20100 for pending) and detailed keyword data. Ensure valid API credentials are configured.

Examples

Example 1: Get keyword suggestions for a small set of terms in a specific location.

Input Mode: Manual; Keywords: 'shoes', 'running'; Location: 'New York,New York,United States'; Language: 'English'.

Example 2: Generate suggestions for 20 keywords in bulk using JSON input.

Input Mode: JSON; Keywords: ['keyword1', 'keyword2', ...]; Location: 'London,England,United Kingdom'; Language: 'English'.
