Summary

Creates a DMLY payment for a contact using the supplied amount and optional payment details.

Inputs

• Contact ID (required) — UUID of the contact the payment belongs to.
• Amount (required) — Payment amount; the UI description specifies a minimum of 0.01 and maximum of 100000000.
• Currency — Optional ISO currency code, up to 3 characters; the server uppercases it.
• Description — Optional free-text payment description, up to 500 characters.
• Payment Method — Optional payment method label, up to 40 characters; defaults to “cash”.
• Reference — Optional external payment reference, up to 120 characters.

Output shape

A single created payment record.
