Summary

Rejects tracked changes in a DOCX document either by specific revision IDs or all at once, returning the modified file as binary data.

Inputs

• binaryPropertyName (required) — Name of the binary property containing the input DOCX file.
• rejectAll — When enabled, rejects all tracked changes in the document. Defaults to false.
• revisionIds — List of specific revision IDs to reject. Ignored if Reject All is enabled.
• outputPropertyName — Name of the binary property where the modified DOCX file will be output.

Output shape

Returns an item containing the updated DOCX file attached under the specified output binary property name.

Examples

Example 1: Reject all tracked changes in a DOCX file

Set Input Binary Field to 'data', enable Reject All, and set Output Binary Field to 'data'.

Example 2: Reject specific tracked changes by ID

Set Input Binary Field to 'data', set Reject All to false, specify Revision IDs from a previous extraction step, and set Output Binary Field to 'data'.
