Summary

Perform a search query against your DoneThat content to retrieve relevant activity or task items.

Inputs

  • Query (required) — The text string to search for within DoneThat content, e.g. 'quarterly planning'.
  • Simplify — Boolean flag to return a simplified version of the response containing curated fields instead of the full raw data.
  • Additional Fields — Optional search parameters including context (e.g. 'retrospective notes'), number of days back to search (default 7), maximum number of results (default 50), and the sources to search within (Activity and/or Tasks).

Output shape

a list of search result items, each as a JSON object representing matched activity or task content from DoneThat.

The response can be simplified using the Simplify option to include only key fields such as id, source, timestamp, title, snippet, and select metadata fields. By default, the full raw API data is returned. Pagination is controlled by the Limit parameter.

Examples
