Summary

Execute a GraphQL query to retrieve project state data from the Edworking API, using either predefined operations with variables or a custom raw GraphQL query with variables.

Inputs

• Mode (required) — Choose between running a predefined documented operation (query or mutation) or providing a custom raw GraphQL query string.
• Variables — Provide JSON-formatted variables for the predefined operation to parameterize the query or mutation.
• GraphQL Query (required) — Enter the complete GraphQL query or mutation string when using Raw GraphQL mode.
• Operation Name — Optionally specify the operation name to send with the raw GraphQL query.
• Variables (Raw) — Provide JSON-formatted variables for the raw GraphQL query to parameterize it.
• Result Property Name — Name a property under which to store the GraphQL response data on the output item; if unset, the response data replaces the item JSON fully.
• Include Extensions — Set to true to include the GraphQL extensions object from the response in the output under the _extensions property.

Output shape

a list of items, each with JSON containing the GraphQL response data for the corresponding input item; optionally includes a named result property or the entire response data, and may include _extensions if enabled.

Each input item results in one output item. If an error occurs, the node throws unless 'continue on fail' is enabled, in which case an error message is returned in the item JSON. Variables must be valid JSON strings if provided. Requires Edworking API credentials with a valid API token.

Examples

Example 1: Using predefined operation to get states project

Mode set to 'Predefined Operation', Resource set to 'Query', Operation set to 'Get States Project', with optional variables entered as JSON.

Example 2: Using raw GraphQL query to get states project

Mode set to 'Raw GraphQL', GraphQL Query field filled with a valid query string, optional Operation Name and variables provided as JSON.
