Summary

Send a document message to a specified recipient instance with optional caption, filename, delay, reply to a message, and mentions.

Inputs

• Nome Da Instância (required) — The name of the instance that will send the document.
• Número Do Destinatário (required) — The recipient's phone number or identifier to which the document will be sent.
• Documento (required) — The document to send, provided as a URL or base64-encoded string.
• Mensagem — Optional text caption to accompany the document.
• Nome Do Arquivo — Filename to assign to the sent document (defaults to "document.pdf").
• Opções — Additional options including delay before sending (milliseconds), replying to a specific message by ID, and mentioning participants either all or specific phone numbers separated by commas.

Output shape

a list containing a single JSON object representing the API response to the send document request

The output is returned as a JSON array with one item containing the result of the send document operation. Optional inputs affect message metadata (such as replies and mentions). Any errors would be returned as node errors.

Examples

Example 1: Send a PDF document with a caption to a recipient with a 1.2 second delay, mentioning specific numbers.

Set 'Nome Da Instância', 'Número Do Destinatário', 'Documento' (URL/base64), 'Mensagem' with text, 'Nome Do Arquivo', and under 'Opções' set 'Delay' to 1200, and 'Menções' to list specific numbers.
